SwRI scientists and engineers have extensive experience in evaluating corrosion inhibitor performance in a variety of environments. SwRI has evaluated inhibitor performance in ethanol gasoline fuel blends in mitigating corrosion of automobile fuel injection systems. SwRI has also evaluated inhibitor performance in combination with cathodic protection for above ground storage tanks. SwRI scientists and engineers have extensive experience in analyzing the influence of corrosion inhibitors on various types of corrosion in accordance with NACE and ASTM standards.
