In this free webinar, NPSS developers demonstrate the process for performing thermodynamic cycle analysis using the Numerical Propulsion System Simulation (NPSS) tool. Presented is a case study of assembling the components and organization of a model for a generic turbofan engine. The included case study covers project organization, engineering element selection and basic analysis. NPSS developers also discuss the newest features available with NPSS V3.3 (available for purchase 2024). Electric ports, various interfaces such as Functional Mockup Interface (FMI Import and Export) support, and a host of other improvements are highlighted.
