We are experienced in the philosophy and use of numerous standards for developing electronic test equipment. In some cases, we may redesign a system, subsystem or component that is causing problems. As an example, we upgraded a jet engine test and analysis software program to allow a laptop to download engine data and transfer it to a computer running the Comprehensive Engine Trending and Diagnostic Software (CETADS). Because each engine type requires a different CETADS, several engine-specific CETADS variants have been upgraded and moved into an Oracle database, while maintaining all of the functionality that existed prior to the conversion. CETADS data is intended to be pushed to the Engine Health Management Plus Data Repository Center (EHM+DRC), where it will be available for other tools to use on a fleet-wide basis.
