In September 2022, Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) is celebrating its 75th anniversary. SwRI began in 1947 as a ranch dedicated to scientific livestock production and has since grown into a worldwide leader in research efforts, from deep sea to deep space, for the benefit of humankind.
