This webinar discusses dry gas seals (DGSs) and their associated systems. A brief introduction into applications for DGSs will be presented, followed by an explanation of the basic operating principle. DGS basic arrangements, including single, double, and tandem, will be presented to bring context to the different components and flow streams in/out of the DGS. Finally, DGS support systems and various requirements according to API Standard 692 will be discussed.
