Overview
As the world moves toward reducing greenhouse emissions, the oil and gas industry is proactively working to reduce its CO2, methane, and other gas emissions through better practices and improved technology. This lecture series will focus on machinery and pipeline aspects in the up-stream, mid-stream, and down-stream segments of production and transport. Topics include reducing reciprocating and centrifugal compressor fugitive emissions, reducing methane slip in engine exhausts, natural gas recompression eliminating dry gas seal venting and station blow-down emissions, and electrification of the natural pipeline network.
Presenters during this one-day event will include oil and gas operators, equipment manufacturers, and government agencies.
