Our laboratories support industry, government and academic clients with biochemistry services such as tissue culture, protein expression, enzyme kinetics, cell-based assays, drug optimization, chemical forensics and molecular modeling. Our bioengineering experts have extensive experience in developing technology to support the biotherapeutics and biomanufacturing industries, including novel bioreactors, materials and surface functionalization.
The Institute also supports the development of biomedical devices. Our scientists and engineers provide independent testing and characterization with vast knowledge of materials and advanced instrumentation in-house. Our internal Quality Management System (QMS) enables us to perform work compliant with ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP). Our team has the expertise to progress technology from ideation to production and manufacture, utilizing both traditional manufacturing techniques or cutting edge advanced manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing.
