It is the policy of Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) to ensure that products supplied to and services performed for clients conform to contractual and self-imposed quality requirements. Applicable laws, regulations, codes, standards or specifications as referenced in client contracts, purchase orders or SwRI operating policies and procedures define these requirements.
